WestCape Advisors was created with the vision of delivering superior advice and institutional capital to businesses traditionally falling outside the purview of mainstream investment banking, whether due to their small size or special deal characteristics. After several years of seeing our model generate success for these deserving companies, we remain as committed as ever to this underserved market.
WestCape represents both growth-stage companies in need of expansion capital and mature companies seeking long-term financial partnership or liquidity through partial or complete divestiture. While our clients span multiple industry verticals, we have established core competency with businesses delivering commercial services and healthcare services to global markets.
In terms of size, the growth-stage businesses we serve typically generate more than $5 million of annual revenue, but we will consider earlier-stage enterprises and special situations with compelling growth characteristics, unique assets, or near-term catalysts for rapid value enhancement. For mature businesses seeking some form of liquidity, we generally look for at least $10 million of annual revenue and $1 million of annual EBITDA. These general parameters notwithstanding, we have assisted clients across a vast span of enterprise value, from as little as $2 million of annual revenues to as much as $3 billion.
We understand fully the vast array of unique and often sensitive issues our clients encounter when undertaking transformative transactions. We believe our personalized approach to each case, from the perspective of a trusted advisor, differentiates us from other marketplace participants like larger investment banks, which tend to be driven by transaction volume and velocity.
